Refund Policy

Relational Advantage, Inc. provides a money-back guarantee for the Confidence in Mind digital program. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also know that your success will hinge on whether you put in the work necessary to succeed. Thus, we offer a money-back guarantee on purchases of the Confidence in Mind program, but you must demonstrate that you have attempted to complete and apply the lessons. To claim a refund, you must request your money back within 14 days of the purchase. You may request your money back by emailing [email protected]. That email must reference the name of the product, the date of purchase, and the email and name associated with the purchase. You must also demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the program without success. To meet this requirement, you must only include copies of your completed Self-Confidence Pre-Course Assessment, your Confidence Challenge: Tell Your Story, and your Confidence Challenge: From Struggle to Change.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, Relational Advantage, Inc. will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. Relational Advantage, Inc. does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and Relational Advantage, Inc’s. Terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, and other resources. Any print or audio bonuses associated with the program are yours to keep.
