Dr. Linaman is the President and Founder of Relational Advantage, Inc. As a licensed psychologist and executive coach, Dr. Linaman provides counseling in Arizona and executive coaching to individuals and organizations throughout the United States.
Prior to launching Relational Advantage, Inc., Dr. Linaman served as the Executive Director of a multi-state network of behavioral health clinics and the Vice President of a national non-profit educational media corporation.
Dr. Linaman works with individuals, couples, business partners and corporate executives and their teams in his counseling and coaching practice. He is a national conference and seminar speaker and has authored numerous articles on personal growth and professional development topics.
He has been featured as a relationship expert on national and local radio talk shows and television news programs and is co-author of the book Lessons Learned Looking Back: Strategies for Successful Living published by Broadman and Holman.
In 2017, Dr. Linaman's daughter, Kristen, joined the Relational Advantage team after establishing a successful career as an educator.
Kristen brings her experience as an educator and counselor to RAI and offers services to adolescent and adult women and couples. She also plays a vital role in creating online course material and other educational resources.
Kristen is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is the co-author and presenter of RAI’s Confidence in Mind: How to build and maintain unshakable self-confidence 12-week online course. She is also a regular contributor to the Relate Well! Blog as well as other RAI resources.
Kristen also serves on the staff of Sierra Tucson, an internationally renowned in-patient behavioral-health and residential treatment center. She is skilled in the practice of trauma informed care and works with individuals suffering from mood disorders, trauma, and addiction.
Kristen enjoys assisting individuals from all walks of life and approaches mental health by implementing cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapies, solution-focused therapy, and other modalities. She models and implements a safe atmosphere of stability and self-respect as individuals work toward regaining their strength and confidence.
