John’s expertise has grown from vast experience in a broad range of business functions including marketing, business development, finance, strategy, human resources and talent acquisition as well as responsibility for over $100M in sales through 400 sales consultants and their management teams on three continents. In addition to working as a coach and consultant with Relational Advantage, Inc., John is a Senior Manager with a major software company where he has served in multiple management and leadership roles. Prior to entering the software industry, John was the Director of a private cardiology practice management company and the CEO of a large multi-location cardiology group practice. John specializes in coaching executives in Engagement – strengthening skills in communication, emotional intelligence and strategic thinking – creating effective, dynamic business teams and boosting results. John has a Bachelor’s Degree with concentrations in marketing and economics and a Master’s Degree with concentration in Health Care Administration.
